How long until someone replies?
Within two business days, from a person. If your message needs a code change to answer properly, we will say so and tell you where it sits rather than going quiet.
I lost my saves. Can you restore them?
Unfortunately not, and it is worth explaining why. Both apps store everything locally on your device and make no network calls at all — there is no account, no cloud save and no server that has ever seen your data. That is a deliberate privacy decision, and the cost of it is that deleting the app deletes your progress permanently.
I bought the app on one device. Do I have to buy it again?
No. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so the app can be installed on your other devices signed in to the same account, and restored if you reinstall. Your in-app progress does not travel with it, because that is stored only on the device.
Are there any in-app purchases?
None, in either app. One purchase covers the whole thing. No chip packs, no hint bundles, no subscription, no advertising.
Why are both apps rated 18+?
Apple applies a 18+ rating to any app that depicts simulated gambling, regardless of whether real money is involved. Both apps simulate a casino table, so both carry it. Neither offers real-money gambling or any opportunity to win real money or prizes.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — we never see your payment details and cannot process one. Use reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account that made the purchase. If the reason was something broken in the app, we would like to hear about it too.
